Prior to her current appointment, Nicole held the position of head of advertising and promotions. Under her leadership, the entire airport advertising assets were transformed with heavy digitisation and delivered a stellar performance. Nicole was also the driving force in the launches of Changi Airport’s long-standing loyalty programme “Changi Rewards”, as well as the internationally acclaimed shopping promotion “Be a Changi Millionaire”.
Her rich marketing experience in both the offline and online domains allow her to take an omni-channel and balanced perspective in customer experience design and marketing engagement.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (2nd Upper Class Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, majoring in marketing. She has a keen interest in understanding shoppers’ behaviour and is an avid online shopper.
