Since 2011, Agnes has been working on campaigns to build public awareness and adoption of gracious commuting behaviours. The annual ‘Graciousness on Public Transport’ campaign that she spearheads has seen more than a 60% increase in the Commuter Graciousness Index. Other successful high profile events that she has organised include the Opening of the Downtown MRT Line, which saw over 350,000 visitors.
