Malaysia Airlines’ loyalty programme Enrich gets new e-mag

Malaysia Airlines’ frequent flyer programme Enrich, recently introduced its e-quarterly magazine, Digital World of Riches, with a new look and feel.

The first edition is from January to March 2017. With this revamp, the magazine is now a content platform for new destination and travel-related information. According to a press release from MAS, readers have access to relevant content packaged in a new layout, which leads to easier navigation, making it a quick and efficient user experience.

In the latest edition, Yuna provides readers with a glimpse of Malaysia through her eyes as she shares details about her favourite food, vacation spots and musical inspirations.

“We have expanded our range of offers through our existing and new partners with the focus of enhancing our members’ travel needs and lifestyle. This special issue is the start of our 30 years of frequent flyer program celebration and as Enrich celebrates the relationships they have built over the years, members can look forward to bigger and better rewards in the year ahead,” said Khairul Nisa Ismail, Malaysia Airlines’ head of Enrich and loyalty.

Most recently, it also tied up with Regal Hotels International. This partnership will enable Enrich members to earn 600 and 300 miles respectively for each eligible stay at any participating Regal Hotels and iclub Hotels with specified qualifying room rates. The collaboration, as stated in a press release, “synergies the offering by both brands to further enhance guest engagement”.

“The partnership is timely as Malaysia Airlines has already mounted the second daily flight between Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai. For members who are planning to visit Hong Kong and stay in Regal properties there, they can look forward to flying the A330 which offers the comfort of a fully flat business class seat,” said Ismail.
