L’Oreal Indonesia has appointed Maxus as its media partner. This marks the third time the beauty products giant has renewed its contract with the organisation in a partnership spanning more than a decade.
The scope of the pitch included complete media services including strategy, communications planning, integrated media approach, investment and buying, tools & processes and team capabilities. The pitch process was overseen by Accenture.
Apart from the incumbent agency Maxus, the other agencies in the pitch were Carat, IPG and Havas. Following a detailed evaluation across all criteria, L’Oreal retained their trust in the incumbent, Maxus.
“The biggest challenge in any long relationship is keeping it fresh and exciting. We have been able to successfully lead and guide the client through change with innovative ideas, new thinking, new talent, diversified services, award winning work and a completely integrated media offering,” Partha Kabi, MD Maxus Indonesia said.
“Thanks to L’Oreal for constantly challenging us and believing in us to meet expectations. It’s a partnership of equals and a relationship with mutual respect. We eagerly look forward to the next leg in this relationship with L’Oreal,” Kabi added.
