Lingham taps Mercatus+ for social support

Lingham & Son has roped in Mercatus+ to handle social and public relations across its heritage brand, Lingham's Chilli Sauce.Mercatus+ will be tasked to engage communities around the world through social media and online platforms.The official Lingham's website and Facebook page are currently being revamped and launched in the first quarter of this year.The new page will emphasise the heritage of the sauce brand, aimed at the loyal customers and younger consumers."We will use the website and Facebook page as a tool to interact with the younger generations by running contests and provide fun facts about the brand," Peter Pek, group managing director of Mercatus+, said.Since its establishment in 1908, Lingham's Chilli Sauce has grown in strength and exports its range of chilli sauces to markets including the UK, US, Canada and Australia. Asia markets include Pakistan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Japan.
