Lazada has announced its partnership with music streaming service, Deezer. The partnership will feature audio-related items for sale on the e-commerce website for a period of two weeks, starting 16 February.
Deezer reportedly logs in 12 million monthly listeners and will be providing consumers with catalogue of 30 million songs.
Dona Inthaxoum, head of label relations Asia and Oceania, Deezer said that the partnership will allow Lazada consumers to connect with other music lovers around the world.
“The partnership is important for Lazada as it marks our foray into the music industry. Through the partnership, Lazada aims to reward our consumers by offering them a complimentary service courtesy of Deezer when they purchase our range of audio-related products,” said Igor Pezzilli, CEO of Lazada Malaysia.
The tracks are available on all desktops, laptops, iOS, Android, Windows and RIM devices.
