Sean Koh, who was responsible for trade promotional and pricing activity at Guinness Anchor, has joined Pernod Ricard as marketing director, effective next month.
This comes on the back of the announcement of Pernod Ricard managing director CK Tan’s retirement, effective 30 June.
Koh will be reporting to Terence Ong, who will assume Tan’s role as managing director.
In his new role, Koh will be responsible for heading the marketing team and overseeing all marketing activities of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio.
Koh joined GAB in 2005 as marketing manager for Guinness, Lion and Kilkenny, following which his portfolio was expanded to high growth innovation as well as Tiger. Koh was instrumental in leading a few of Tiger’s successful campaigns such as the Year of the Tiger in 2010 and the 2012 Tiger Asia Music Festival.
