Kantar launches public communications arm in Singapore

Kantar Public has launched its Singapore office and has appointed Sandra Lim as executive director.  Kantar Public claims to help clients improve the delivery of public policies, public services and public communications.The new practice in Singapore will focus on research, data and analytics; government communications effectiveness, digital service design and delivery, and behaviour change. Kantar Public , in a press statement, says it offer matches the ambition for Singapore to be a Smart Nation, where people are empowered by technology to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.Working with the WPP Government and Public Sector Practice, Kantar Public will also support its clients in the government communications field with integrated campaign activity and digital government service delivery.Lim has considerable data and insight advisory experience within both public and private sectors in Singapore and across the region. She joins from MRC where she is general manager. In this role she focused on clients in the public realm including the Ministries of Education, Transport, Finance and Home Affairs. Prior to this she spent 10 years at Millward Brown and four years at TNS.Lim said, “I’m excited to be joining Kantar Public in Singapore with its strong digital focus and look forward to working with the excellent team here to help our clients solve the challenges they face.
