JWT veteran creative Tay Guan Hin exits after 13 years to join AGA

APAC Global Advisory (AGA) has brought on board J. Walter Thompson's (JWT) regional ECD for Southeast Asia, Tay Guan Hin (pictured) to bolster its team of change architects. His appointment is effective 24 August 2018.Tay will provide AGA customers with creative communication development and solutions to deliver change business results. AGA's current team of change architects - market research and insight, mergers and acquisition, as well as digital change catalyst includes Kwan Chong Wah, Oo Ban Leong and KL Wong.TGH Collective, which Tay founded, will also be part of the hand-picked panel of AGA co-creation satellites, joining Leeyau Chun Chuan, See Pin Pin and Lim Wenbin who were brought on board in May this year. Together with founder and chief change catalyst Wong Mei Wai, Tay and his team will deliver insightful creativity that builds on digital and innovative engagement to increase brand preference through storytelling.Tay has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, developing an array of integrated creative business solutions for global brands such as Shell, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, Unilever and Nestle. Prior to joining JWT, where he spent 13 years, Tay was with Leo Burnett, Grey and Saatchi & Saatchi, where he helped frame the communication agenda to address business challenges by connecting with different global consumers using different cultural insights to deliver a roadmap of innovative solutions that fuel exponential growth."APAC Global Advisory believes that Tay, with his passion for supporting businesses, will be able to contribute to our clients who are looking for bespoke change solutions.
