About The Job

Plan and direct game-changing digital marketing strategies based on customer insights and analytics to meet digital channel revenue and customer acquisition targets. In addition, you are responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team.

Develop & implement digital marketing strategies to acquire new quality paying customers
Develop a strong and cost-effective customer acquisition strategy through online channels
Monitor and direct the implementation of digital marketing plans
Develop digital marketing roadmap that supports and aligns with the company's USPs
Provides short- and long-term digital market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data and customer behaviors
Achieves financial objectives by preparing digital marketing budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Participate in key decisions as a Head of digital marketing
Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the digital marketing team
Manage the customer insights & segmentation functions
Oversee the implementations of marketing strategies
Optimize the marketing channels through diligent tracking of key metrics and performances
Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information
Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.

Ensure timely reporting of key digital marketing campaigns milestones for accountability purposes
Ensure proper monitoring mechanisms in place for all digital marketing expenses to gauge ROI

Manage and monitor the deliverables of any external agencies engagement
Learn from external agencies & educate internal team

Lead & inspire the team to go the extra miles
Build and (re)organize a talented, self-sufficient team as quickly as possible
Provide team members with professional and personal growth

About The Successful Candidate

Excellent analytical and data-driven
In-depth knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Seasoned online marketer with 2-5 years in leading digital marketing function ( Preferably in e-commerce)
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
Strong Business Acumen & entrepreneurial spirit
Passionate customer advocate
Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management
Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
Good time management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
