About The Job

We're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive for our marketing and partnerships activities to join our team in Malaysia. With our rapidly growing business, we need ongoing support for our marketing and growth channels to continuously engage our online/offline users (companies/investors) and grow our presence in the private capital market.

You will work with a diverse team of former investment bankers, strategy consultants and business owners in developing, monitoring and improving products to facilitate the activity of private investing

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, execute and manage online and offline, organic and paid growth marketing campaigns (content, social media, events, partnerships)
Monitor and report on growth marketing campaign effectiveness
Manage the CRM & Marketing Automation platform and integration with internal and external tools
Manage the creation and update of email campaigns, landing pages, forms and reports for campaigns and webpages
Plan and implement multiple nurture streams and automated set-up to optimize the user's journey
Manage the scheduling of multiple marketing automation campaigns to optimize touch cadence
Support the planning and update of the campaign communications calendar
Build and maintain a positive brand presence to ensure Fundnel’s vision is consistently communicated across all marketing channels
Conduct market research to identify growth marketing opportunities, market, and thematic trends
Collaborate with corporate communications, data, product and technology teams to develop insights and run marketing campaigns/experiments
Be an advocate within the organization on best practices and emerging trends in email marketing

About The Successful Candidate

Skills & Experience Required
Degree holder in either Marketing, Business, Social Sciences or Finance disciplines
2+ years of relevant work experience. Experience in marketing, communications, advertising or finance is a plus
Solid understanding with using data analysis and visualization tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau
Solid understanding of marketing processes and workflow including campaign execution, content development and analytics.
Hands-on experience in setting up, executing and reporting on organic and paid social media campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn
Hands-on experience with audience segment targeting and developing automated marketing communications
Hands-on experience in growth marketing concepts is a plus
Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations
Working knowledge of SQL, HTML & CSS preferred. Hands-on experience in SQL is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, with a native command of English. Ability to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia is a plus
Creative in developing fresh ideas with a hunger to learn
Have a test-and-learn growth mindset, organized, resourceful, comfortable with multi-tasking
Possess the initiative to drive improvement and streamline processes
