About The Job

You will be responsible for ensuring quality art and visual storytelling on our client accounts’ social media presences/impact and guiding the team under you to hit the brief, and push for more!

Gain insight into this fun and fast industry by being part of our creative content team. You will get to work on Lifestyle, Finance, Telco, and Government clients in either (or both) in Singapore and Bangkok. Talents from all walks of life / education levels are welcome to apply. Responsibilities of the role:

Creative Strategy and Development
Working from briefs with the accounts team
Confer with creative, suits, vendors or production department heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts, and to coordinate creative activities
Lead in brainstorming and idea generation on client and internal marketing content
Staying updated on social media creative trends
Use creative approaches to maintain and improve KPIs on clients’ platforms
Working on creative output to produce an effective social campaign; determining which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
Have full understanding of social best practices, content performance and analytics-backed insights

Creative Production
Visiting and assessing locations for potential shoots
Leading pre-production meetings at production houses and with other directors
Ensuring creative approach / direction / execution is on brief based on the proposed creative answer
Ensure art and visual excellence across works

Project Management
Briefing other members of the creative team on new and current creative projects
Overseeing the creative process to ensure quality delivery and meet deadlines

People Management
Hire, train and direct creatives who develop concepts into art work
Line management of up to 6 junior designers or content production interns
Review and approval of artwork developed by creative team

What you will need:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: primarily Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must
MUST be confidently competent on AfterEffects and Premier Pro
Strong understanding of social media marketing opportunities, approaches
Hands-on approach to leadership and mentorship for juniors
Highly functional and respectful approach to working in a team
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for details on creative excellence
Strong strategic, visual-storytelling mind
Positive attitude to life with an indomitable fighting spirit

Remuneration range:
From $3,500 onwards for minimum 3 years experience with a solid CV
Up to $4,500 for an experienced, all rounded youthful leader with at least 4 years experience
