Regional – Japanese airline ANA (All Nippon Airways) has handed Dentsu Singapore its account following a three-way pitch that was held earlier in November 2012.
Dentsu will be handling creative, digital and media duties and will cover markets in South Asia and Southeast Asia. Emphasis will also be put on markets such as India, Philippines and Indonesia, which the airline has identified to be potential growth markets.
Dentsu officially starts work with ANA in January 2013.
Minoru Honda, vice president of ANA said: “It’s an exciting time in the air travel market as Asia continues its cross-border growth.”
ANA is the sixth largest airline in the world and the largest in Japan in terms of market capitalisation.
