Ipsos Hong Kong’s new Employee Relationship Management (ERM) targets HR-related issues.
The scope of research will include talent growth and employer branding; leadership development; staff retention strategies; employer brand and employee engagement research programmes; as well as assessing corporate values, testing, recruitment campaigns, auditing internal communications and evaluating HR management policies and practices.
JB Aloy, former deputy managing director for ERM in Ipsos France, has moved to Hong Kong to head the APAC practice; prior to the move, he has spent the last 12 years developing ERM programmes for Ipsos clients in Europe and North America.
“Candidate and employee relationship management in the region requires a great deal of cross cultural sensitivity: our Employee Research practice will do its very best to bring fresh perspectives to clients on key HR challenges,” said Aloy.
With the on-going fight for talent in the Asia Pacific, Darlene Lee (pictured), managing director for Ipsos HK, is excited for Aloy’s arrival.
“We have already had very positive feedback from clients about how timely JB’s arrival is given the increasingly competitive environment for top talent within the Asia Pacific region.”
