Human Resources Magazine searches for best employer brand in Asia

Being the company all the most sought-after candidates want to work for is the scenario every HR manager wishes for. But this doesn’t happen by itself. Being an “Employer of Choice” is the result of a smart and innovative employer branding strategy.

So which companies consistently attract the best people through brilliant employer branding? Which companies in Asia weave together their products, vision, culture and all facets of digital and traditional marketing and corporate communications to achieve the desired “I want to work there” result? The Asia Recruitment Awards will answer this question.

Held in Singapore & Kuala Lumpur in May, in Hong Kong in June and judged by over 75 heads of HR from Asia’s biggest employers, the Asia Recruitment Awards is the only regional awards programme in Asia recognising and rewarding in-house HR teams and recruitment firms for excellence in talent acquisition. The 15 award categories for in-house corporate recruitment teams include “In-House Recruitment Team of the Year”, “Best Candidate Experience”, “Best Recruitment Advertising Strategy” and “Best Employer Brand Development” while the seven award categories for recruitment firms include “Recruitment Agency of the Year”, “Best Recruitment Innovation” and “Best Client Service”.
