HPB hunts for PR agency

The Health Promotion Board is looking for a new public relations agency in its latest review, putting incumbent Waggener Edstrom on alert.The appointment would be for health promotion programmes and initiatives under Health Promotion Board and the tender closes on 9 May 2013. The incumbent agency for the PR account was Waggener Edstrom Worldwide Singapore who held the account for three years.This comes shortly after the board also called for a media and creative pitch. Its incumbent agencies for those businesses are DDB and Ogilvy on its creatives and  OMD on media.WE was responsible for media conferences, releases, interviews, post-event media publicity and daily media monitoring among other tasks.This account is renewed on a yearly basis.
