HPB Crowned Marketer Of The Year

Health Promotion Board walked away with the Marketer of the Year title last night at Marketing's inaugural Marketing Excellence Awards 2012.Health Promotion Board emerged triumphant with three Gold, one Silver and one Bronze in categories such as Excellence in Advertising and Excellence in Consumer Insights/Market Research, thereby making them the clear winner for the coveted Marketer of the Year title.Philips displayed a strong showing too, with one Gold, one Silver and two Bronze for categories such as Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility and Excellence in Public Relations (Corporate Communications).SingTel managed to take away one Gold and two Bronze in categories that included Excellence in Sponsorship Activation and Excellence Branded Content while OCBC's Frank by OCBC took home one Gold and Bronze for Excellence in Launch Marketing and Excellence in Sponsorship Activation respectively.The awards, held at the Shangri-La Hotel, was a full-house with more than 500 client-side marketers and agency professionals attending the event. More than 60 brands competed as finalists across 17 discipline-based categories.
