HPB looks for creative agency

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) has called for a creative pitch.

The duration for this contract will be for a period of one year from the date of appointment, tentatively set on mid July 2015. There is an option to extend the contract for a period of up to two years. The agency appointed will be tasked to manage campaign planning and development.

The tender closes on 14 May 2015.

In a brief seen by Marketing, HPB said that is looking to appoint one or more agencies to provide creative development, production and planning implementation services for integrated marketing and communication campaigns for HPB’s various health initiatives.

The agency needs to provide a full suite of services which includes above the line (ATL), below the line (BTL) and digital services. Creative services expected include the design and planned distribution of communication materials through appropriate channels. The agency will also be tasked to provide digital marketing services and is required to coordinate with HPB’s appointed public relations and media agencies to fulfill campaign objectives.

This includes social seeding, search engine optimisation, search engine marketing, social media strategy, mobile marketing strategy, consumer user experience/journey and other traffic building strategies. The chosen team will need to manage campaigns via social media platforms and is expected to propose a digital marketing and/or social media strategy via HPB’s owned and paid social media channels.

In July last year, HPB appointed a panel of creative agencies for its creative business. The agencies were DDB Worldwide, Mangham Gaxiola, Three60 Degrees Consulting, Eitan and The Affiniti. It also settled its media tender with MEC being appointed for the account.
