Heinz Malaysia has appointed Singapore-based digital agency WS Group as its social media agency, following a pitch.
The agency is contracted for a period of one and half years.
Heinz Malaysia has an active community on social media and plans to extend a wide range of social-only campaigns to grow its community and engagement on its Facebook page. The agency is tasked to grow the level of engagement for its social media campaigns.
Kavita Jhunjhunwala, digital lead at WS Group, said,”WS Group is pleased with the appointment as Heinz has been an amazing client to work with. Apart from bringing the brand’s voice online, the social media engagement will work around deeper analytics and understanding of brand advocacy in the long run.”
WS Group’s social media arm, PI has already been the agency of record for Heinz Singapore for the past couple of years.
