Havas Worldwide Siren appoints client services director

Havas Worldwide Siren, the PR brand of Havas Worldwide Singapore, has promoted Tony Tan to the role of client services director.In his new role, Tan (pictured) will be responsible for developing senior client relationships and managing all client portfolio spanning the agency’s key practice groups including corporate, consumer, technology and wellness. He will report directly to Anna Chew, general manager of Havas Worldwide Siren.Tan is an industry veteran with over 15 years of corporate, technology and digital PR experience. He was one of the founding members of PR agency Siren, and has proven expertise in international media and analyst relations, executive communications, reputation management, as well as regional communications management for enterprises across both private and public sectors.He was previously the regional technology lead for APAC and digital PR lead for Southeast Asia at MSLGroup. Over the course of his career, he has worked with global brands including Adobe, Coca-Cola, HP, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), Oracle, NCR Corporation, Red Hat, Royal Philips, Sony, Sophos, Sony and the World Gold Council.Most recently as senior director of the agency, he was instrumental in leading the agency’s corporate and technology practices, where he drove proactive media content and stakeholder conversations to articulate their corporate vision and value propositions."With his solid PR background and as one of the founding members of Havas Siren, Tan brings his experience and leadership to the growing team. He will provide senior counsel for our clients and his appointment allows us to focus on growing our practice groups,” said Chew.“The full integration of Siren within Havas Worldwide has presented tremendous opportunity for us to offer insight-driven communications services across a wide spectrum of platforms, ranging from social and mobile to earned media and experiential marketing.
