Havas Media Malaysia has appointed Premnath Unnikrishnan (pictured) as head of digital performance and investment. In his new role, Unnikrishnan will be in charge of all aspects of the agency’s digital operations in the Malaysian market including strategic digital leadership, digital capabilities expansion and adoption of world-class practices.
He has a wealth of digital experience in technology, strategic planning, buying and account management and has been successful in building brands digitally and executing successful marketing campaigns. Prior to joining Havas Media, Unnikrishnan was head, digital marketing at Lyca Digital, an agency part of the UK-based Lyca Group. He was also responsible for the digital marketing aspect for LycaMobile, a mobile virtual network operator, across the 25 markets it covers. Unnikrishnan has also worked at MEC, where he headed the digital business for South India, as well as Interactive Avenues in India.
