Red Fuse Communications Hong Kong has roped in Jonathan Joson, executive director of Havas Media Ortega in the Philippines, for the newly-created role of regional platform strategy director.
Reporting directly to Sean De Cuirteis, regional head of digital for Red Fuse, Joson (pictured) will now be based in Hong Kong to work on digital strategy and implementation for Colgate-Palmolive’s portfolio of brands across key markets in Asia including China, India, Thailand and the Philippines.
Prior joining the WPP-owned agency, Joson was one of the pioneers of Havas Media Ortega, formerly Media Contacts, and has worked with Havas for five years.

WPP set up Red Fuse last 2012 to create a dedicated operating unit to serve Colgate-Palmolive. The unit merges account teams at Y&R, Wunderman, VML, MEC and GHG.
