DDB China secures James Chen for VP and MD role

Havas Worldwide Greater China vice president James Chen has moved to DDB Guoan as vice president and managing director with immediate effect.In this newly created role, Chen will report to Richard Tan, president and CEO of DDB Group North China, based in Beijing.“James is a rare hybrid of a “hunter” and a “farmer”, essential in a market like Beijing where there is an abundance of business opportunities, as well as a strong need to cultivate, harness and build strong relationships”, Tan said.“We set our sights at the highest level when looking to fill this role – a very high calibre with a proven track record, combined with many years of broad experience in China.
