GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has appointed Sameer Singh as VP and global media head.
In his new role, Singh is based in the UK and reports to Jim Martin, VP, procurement, global consumer healthcare & North American pharmaceuticals.
Singh is tasked with optimising the global media strategy, planning and buying for the global consumer healthcare and the North American pharmaceuticals businesses, driving increased sales growth and increased efficiency of GSK’s media spend.
He was previously vice president media & trial – P&G Greater China & Asia. He had been with P&G since 1992 working primarily on Gillette, where he held various roles across multiple markets.
