Greg Crandall shifts to Edipresse for publisher role

Edipresse has hired Greg Crandall as publisher for its stable of Hong Kong and Macau publications.

Crandall, who joined Asia City Media Group in 2002 as regional director, is expected to join Edipresse next week as publisher of Hong Kong Tatler Macau Tatler, Home Journal and Revolution. The news was first revealed by Telum Media.

Crandall has spent more than four and a half years as publisher and general manager of HK Magazine, The LIST and WHERE. All three titles were acquired by SCMP Group in July 2013 for HK$28.5 million.

His move comes as Edipresse makes big changes to its senior team. In January Edipresse Asia CEO Barrie Goodridge stepped down from the role after 10 years, paving the way for managing director Zita Ong to take on the CEO position. Group editor-in-chief Sean Fitzpatrick was recently promoted to a newly created role of chief creative officer.
