Grab provides door-to-door service in partnership with Ministry of Health MY

Grab has inked a joint partnership with the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) to help provide more convenient transport services to patients and visitors of selected hospitals nationwide. The year-long initiative also aims to provide door-to-door transport services and help alleviate parking congestion in these hospitals. A+M has reached out to Grab for additional details.As part of the the collaboration, Grab will be implementing designated pick-up and drop-off zones with signage at the hospital. These locations will also be highlighted in its mobile app to help users key in the right location. In addition, exclusive promo cord for Grab users will also be curated.Grab users will also be able to leverage on various Grab features such as GrabChat for the ease of communications with drivers. Furthermore, users will be able to redeem discounted rides and other lifestyle products and services through points earn through GrabRewards. Grab has also implemented its emergency MERS 999 button, which will trigger user's emergency contacts should they feel their safety is compromised.According to Amri Sham, head of public and government affairs, Grab Malaysia, the aim of the brand is to be able to work with more government, and public agencies and services to better serve its community.“As a truly Malaysian company, the transport needs of the people have always been at the top of our minds since our early days as MyTeksi.
