Grab inks new travel benefit deals across SEA for platinum and gold members

Grab has launched a new suite of travel benefits for its platinum and gold members travelling to Singapore and across Southeast Asia, collaborating with more than 150 partners in all major airports across the region including Changi Airport.  The benefits include discounts for access to lounges and with Grab’s F&B partners in the region, and can be redeemed through the GrabRewards catalogue in the Grab app. According to the company, this represents the "most significant expansion" of the GrabRewards catalogue since its launch in 2017. In Singapore, Grab users can relax at the Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 1, Ambassador Lounge at Terminals 2 and 3, or Blossoms Lounge at Terminal 4. They can also enjoy discounts at outlets run by Emirates Leisure Retail, such as The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck, Hudson Coffee, Pret a Manger, and Tiger Den. Grab’s platform is able to discern Southeast Asia’s travel preferences and match new services and benefits with those needs. The company found that for visitors to Singapore, Changi Airport was the number one pick-up point for all countries, except for Indonesian users. "Grab data shows that the national airport consistently comes up as one of the top pick-up points in Singapore and across the region. With travel being such an important part of our customers’ lives, we now aim to provide a great overall experience for Southeast Asia’s road warriors and savvy trippers. From a seamless payment experience and a safe ride to and from the airport, to now additional benefits at the airport," said Gillian Ang, head of marketing of Grab.
