Rayner has also previously spent time in M&C Saatchi and TBWA Singapore.Kevin Seah (pictured left) also joins Govt Singapore as senior account manager from independent creative agency Goodfellas, and spent the past three and half years working under renowned industry veteran, Patrick Low. He started his advertising career in JWT Singapore, spending two years in the network agency and working on a regional and local scope for Unilever’s Sunsilk, Nokia and Pizza Hut. In Govt Singapore, he will lead a team of three to work on the recently won National Gallery Singapore and Centrum accounts.Leon Lai, managing director, said, “We have had our eyes on the duo for some time. They are smart, tenacious, and they have that bit of a creative temper. We like that, as long as they don’t try to burn the office down if things don’t go their way. Jokes aside, these two boys will surely improve the work from the agency.”
