GOVT renews Pernod Ricard SG business, opens in KL

Local agency GOVT has renewed its client Pernod Ricard in Singapore and also opened an office in KL.Pernod Ricard Singapore has renewed creative and brand duties with GOVT Singapore on its ABSOLUT Vodka and G.H. Mumm Champagnes accounts for a second year.Group managing director, GOVT Singapore & Kuala Lumpur, Leon Lai (pictured) said: “We enjoy a special relationship with Pernod Ricard Singapore. They are an example of clients who exist few and far between in our industry; Clients who are brave, forward thinking, and demanding of creative excellence, yet has the strong enough will to back the agency when push comes to shove. We are extremely happy and excited to be working with PRS on a second term and we aim to lift the brands to greater heights.”The agency has also freshly launched its office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as of yesterday, working with clients Development Bank of Singapore (DBS), Airbnb, RUF and LASALLE College of The Arts.The Malaysian arm will be led by creative partner Casey Loh. More details of the launch will be announced.
