GOODSTUPH has appointed Eugenia Tan as its managing director. The role is for the Singapore market and will see her reporting to and taking on the duties of founder Pat Law, who will focus on the agency’s regional plans.
Tan first joined the agency as director of strategy in 2012, and currently leads accounts such as Bosch, KeppelLand, and Singtel. According to the agency, Tan was also instrumental to winning of the Changi Airport pitch in 2015, along with GOODSTUPH’s recent win of Singtel, bagging social and content specialist duties. Under her stewardship, the agency alongside with the agency’s client, William Grant & Sons, won Marketing Events 2015’s Event Agency of the Year and Event Marketer of the Year.
Prior to her stint at GOODSTUPH, Tan was regional category marketing manager at Givaudan for its personal wash and haircare category, handling duties including research and information analysis for trends, to name a few. Before that, she was a senior account manager at OgilvyOne Worldwide Singapore for over five years.
“Since joining the agency in 2012, Tan has been instrumental to our growth. As we boost up our mid-weights progressively this year, we need a strategic mind with a passionate spirit to lead our people to the next frontier. With her astuteness, tenacity and unwavering integrity, I have no doubt she’s born to lead the way,” Law said.
