Golin's healthcare practice lead exits

Rachel Norager (pictured), previously Golin’s  executive director and head of its healthcare practice in Singapore has left the company. According to her LinkedIn, Norager will be taking on the role of communication and public affairs director, Asia-Pacific at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson.Marketing has reached out to Norager for a comment on her appointment.Norager first joined Golin in February 2013 to work on the agency’s pharmaceutical clients and with the agency’s Virgo Health brand to grow the healthcare practice business across the region. She reported to Christina Cheang, regional managing director of Golin Southeast Asia.Tarun Deo, managing director of Golin Singapore confirmed Norager's departure.“We wish Norager well in her new in-house role and thank her for her many contributions towards Golin’s success in the last 18 months. We have already filled that position with a terrific addition to our team and will be in a position to share details once the person is on board next month,” Deo added.Prior to Golin, Norager led major projects such as Roche Asia-Pacific Scientific Partnership for HER2 testing Excellence (SPHERE) in breast and gastric cancer and SPAF in Asia advisory board series for Boehringer Ingelheim. She also organised congress activities for Crucell at the World Society for Pediatric Infectious Diseases (2012).
