Market research firm GfK appointed Craig Griffin (pictured) as managing director for the consumer choices sector of the companyâ€™s Thailand office with immediate effect.
Griffin brings with him sixteen years of experience in the market research industry. In his new role, Griffin is responsible for the day-to-day running of the GfK Thailand office and leading the local team.
He will also be placing a strong focus on reinforcing the base for existing businesses while developing new areas beyond the electronics sector. Griffin will be reporting directly to Stanley Kee, managing director for Southeast Asia.
In the most recent 10 years of his career, Griffin had taken on senior management roles in market research firms in Thailand and Singapore. He has worked for leading agencies in the UK, Australia, Singapore and Thailand.
Before joining GfK, Griffin spent three years as the client service director in TNS Thailand where he was responsible in driving the companyâ€™s business in several sectors, including Automotive, Healthcare, Technology, Consumer and others.
Prior to this, he was the managing director of specialist brand experience agency MESH in Singapore, in which he played a key role in launching the company in Asia.
