Geometry Hong Kong has appointed Andy Wong (pictured) as creative director with immediate effect.
He replaces Paul Ho, who has returned to Saatchi & Saatchi as group creative director last week.
Wong moves from Grey DPI Group, where he was creative director leading in shopper marketing for major clients in the region including P&G, Unilever, GSK, Frisco, Meadjohnson, Nestle and Ferrero.
This included stints in both Guangzhou and Taiwan where Wong oversaw the development and training of their creative teams.
In his new role, Wong will work alongside 3D Creative Director Wing Lee and report to Kenny Blumenschein, Head of Creative, focusing on brand activation for BAT, Abbott, Intel and Pernod Ricard.
Commenting on the appointment, Wong said: “In the one year since they launched, Geometry Global has very quickly developed a strong reputation for creative and results driven work and I am thrilled to be part of this young, dynamic team.”
Kenny Blumenschein, head of creative at Geometry Hong Kong, added: “Andy is a great creative thinker who brings a wealth of shopper and experiential experience to the team, particularly at a local level.”
