Geometry has promoted Harry Bailey to the position of CEO for Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Most recently serving as managing director of Geometry Taiwan, Bailey has been elevated to lead WPP’s end-to-end creative commerce agency for two major territories. However, he will continue to report to Jesse Lin, Geometry’s APAC CEO.

Lin commented on Bailey’s appointment saying, “This is a well-deserved promotion for Harry, who has such a track record of managing teams and brands through various stages of transformation as well as demonstrating strong performance and good knowledge of the markets. As we are strengthening our offering to meet the needs of our clients who are focused on driving growth at speed, Harry is the type of transformation agent for leading this challenge with clients and for Geometry. I am confident that he will lead both markets to drive close integration with other markets in the region.  We at Geometry will continue recognising and rewarding our own talents like Harry.”

Bailey has spent the past decade moving between different markets in APAC, such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and Taiwan. Internally, he has gained a reputation at Geometry for his focus on driving growth through digital transformation and as MD in Taiwan demonstrated a “people-first” approach to creating brand experiences.

Speaking on his promotion, Harry said “I feel very fortunate to have already enjoyed such an exciting journey with the company, and it just keeps evolving and growing. The role itself allows us to combine our amazing talent & capabilities that both our Hong Kong & Taiwan markets possess. We are ready to unlock transformative solutions to drive seamless conversion everywhere commerce touches our lives. And I believe this type of agency dynamic will provide us with greater agility to become an even stronger partner for our clients.”
