Fulford PR acquires boutique firm

Singapore - In a move top bolster its local as well as regional presence, Singapore-based PR firm Fulford Public Relations has acquired Chrysler Communications, a boutique PR agency.With the acquisition, Chrysler's founder and managing director, Marina Mathews (pictured), assumes the helm at Fulford PR, bringing with her a team specialising in F&B, lifestyle, luxury and corporate PR.The move comes after founder and managing director Linda Fulford took on a new role in parent agency brandRapport's UK headquarters in London.The agency was headed jointly by directors Eileen A. Chua and Ronda Ng Doswell, in the interim.Ng, however, left the agency late last year.In 2010, Fulford PR was acquired by London-based Ingenious Media Group, with offices in the UK and Hong Kong, operating under the brandRapport banner.Chrysler's clientele includes brands such as publicly-listed service and virtual office provider, Servcorp, F&B names Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse and Fine Palate Catering & Café, and popular exclusive nightspot Pangaea.Having operated in Singapore for 13 years, Fulford PR's expertise covers a range of sports, consumer and corporate clients. Sports clients include the inaugural Formula 1TM SingTel Singapore Grand Prix, Singapore Sports Hub, and longstanding clients such as the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore, IMG, and the FINA/Arena Swimming World Cup.
