FleishmanHillard names new GM

FleishmanHillard has appointed Khoo Yin as the new general manager for its Singapore office. Khoo succeeds Mickie French, who has repatriated to the United States.Khoo (pictured) took the helm as market leader in mid-August, following her leadership of the office’s fast-growing technology practice. Khoo joined FleishmanHillard in 2011, playing a central role in complex strategic communications initiatives on behalf of global clients and multinational corporations based in Singapore. As head of the office’s technology practice since 2012, Khoo has been responsible for FleishmanHillard's growth and leadership in this area.Prior to joining FleishmanHillard, Khoo held local and regional roles in Asia in both agency and in-house positions. She has driven communications and public relations strategies and campaigns ranging from thought leadership to product launches and influencer and stakeholder relations.“Khoo Yin was the natural choice to lead the Singapore team and bring our agency here to the next level,” Lynne Anne Davis, FleishmanHillard’s Asia Pacific president said.“She has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities which have driven unprecedented expansion of our award-winning technology practice.
