Find Orange if you can

ING Insurance's sponsored African lion from the national zoo, named Orange, has escaped with the public out to help find him.But in order to locate the "escaped" lion, families have to follow Orange's travels around Malaysia through ING's latest Facebook campaign ‘Help Us Find Orange!'The Facebook contest takes the form of a travel hunt targeted at families with children aged six to 12 and the contest kicks off tomorrow (12 September) with a news bulletin announcing that Orange has escaped.Over a period of three weeks, 14 video clips will be uploaded on ING Insurance's Facebook page, in which Orange will be seen in various places around Malaysia. In order to survive, Orange will have to take on odd jobs to earn money for food and transportation until he finds his way back to the zoo.At the end of each clip, Orange will ask viewers to calculate his savings of the day while giving a clue to his next destination. Parents can then download the contest form for their kids, get them to fill in the answers and submit the form.Bruce M. Hodges, president and CEO of ING Insurance, said the campaign is a good opportunity to champion the importance of saving and the value of money while creating awareness about Malaysia's rich cultural heritage and the historical spots in the country.ING Insurance might also see a rebrand following ING Group's plans for the sale of its Asian Insurance business.News on the sale went public earlier this year following the Dutch Insurer needing to repay state-aided funds it received during the 2008 financial crisis.Darshini M. Nathan, head of branding and corporate communication, told A+M that it is present in seven markets in the region but it is unclear of the mechanics of the sale. However, changes to ING's branding might take place following the divestment.
