Fimmick partners with ClusterTech for data-driven models

Digital marketing agency Fimmick has established its first strategic alliance with data mining company ClusterTech.

“In the last ten years, we have built a team of over 100 highly technical mathematicians and IT professionals. Our end-to-end big data consultancy service is unique and has great synergies with the digital marketing know-how of Fimmick”, said Francis Ng, senior director of Business Development of ClusterTech.

Willy Lai (pictured), business director at Fimmick, said: “We know that the market yearns for a push on social and bring social insights to a whole new level. We want to discover new tech-centric ways of doing content development and consumer behavior analysis. Through this partnership, Fimmick can become Hong Kong’s first-ever social media data bank”.

The alliance will ignite brand new business strategies to change the face of digital marketing. The initial stages of R&D will explore areas such as Social Media Analytics and Social CRM. A few collaborated pilot projects are already on the way and are expected to launch within this year.
