Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has selected Upfront as its agency for all digital creative, technology and communications services.
The appointment is for three years and the incumbent on the account is SapientNitro. Upfront won the business following a five way pitch.
The agency will be looking over the digital needs across the entire FCA roster of car brands; Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Abarth and Fiat Professional in Asia Pacific Distributor markets. This will be across the Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Myanmar, Taiwan, Thailand, Mongolia, Nepal/Bhutan and East Timor market.
FCA spokesperson said: “Upfront clearly demonstrated their ability to help us solve some complex problems, providing clear solutions to simplify our regional approach and stay relevant across 12 different distributor markets. This includes a data driven approach to our decision making across various platforms including websites, EDMs, social and search.”
