Cyber Games Arena eCommerce: Elevating Hong Kong’s eSport scene
The CGA eCommerce site is the first in Hong Kong to serve as an ecosystem and hub for its eSports community. Every stage of the customer’s journey is enhanced, from discovery and consideration to purchase and advocacy.
With many first-of-its-kind features on the way, one that’s already available on the platform is a seamless cross-channel loyalty point system integrated into the eCommerce site. Customers are able to use and gain points from online store purchases, participation at offline events, and from purchases at the stadium store.
The Peninsula Boutique: A five-star experience for B2B and B2C
For the Peninsula Boutique online store, a primary objective has been to deliver a personalised experience to its customers. This year MONI helped the luxury brand extend its services to B2B customers. The digitalisation and streamlining of corporate festive orders was enabled via the efficient management of all orders under the same eCommerce platform as the existing B2C site. Individual codes can be generated for each corporate employee, allowing them to place orders during festive seasons.
As well as its ‘build your own chocolate box’ feature the site also has additional site-based enhancements for B2C customers. Online shoppers can now choose delivery dates based on the boutique’s delivery staff availability to optimise efficiency and satisfaction.
Tap & Go Marketplace: Instant Experience for Online Top-up Payments
Have you ever wondered how you would top up on games and apps if you didn’t have a credit card? Well, MONI solved that problem by helping Tap & Go app build a marketplace that allows users to pay via the app’s credits to purchase virtual gift cards for services like Google Play, Shopify, KKBox, and PlayStation.
In just a few clicks, customers can buy top-up credits. Upon purchase, a unique pin is instantly generated for customers to use right away, resulting in a fast, convenient experience.
