Held at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore on 9th November 2018, the sixth edition of Marketing magazine’s Marketing Excellence Awards Singapore witnessed the celebration of Singapore’s best marketers and practitioners with 104 trophies given out.
The competition was intense, with more than 600 entries for thirty-four categories covering a spectrum of marketing disciplines. It was Heineken that emerged as “Marketer of the Year”, in addition to bagging 3 Gold, 5 Silver and 1 Bronze awards in various categories such as Excellence in Brand Awareness and Excellence in Consumer Insight/Market Research.

United Overseas Bank was ranked overall second, with a total haul of 1 Gold, 5 Silver and 2 Bronze awards. Its multiple campaigns helped the brand clinched trophies in several categories such as Excellence in B2B Marketing and Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility.
