COMARCH joins The Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2019 as gold sponsor

COMARCH, a Polish multinational software house and systems integrator, headquartered in Krakow has come on board as a partner and gold sponsor for Marketing‘s The Loyalty & Engagement Awards .

COMARCH currently employs more than 6,000 employees under its COMARCH Capital Group Structure, with an annual reported revenue of more than 1.36 billion PLN in 2018. Bartosz Demczuk, head of global consulting, CRM & Loyalty Solutions from COMARCH will also be part of the independent panel of senior client-side marketers and loyalty experts.

Demczuk brings with him more than a decade of experience in global loyalty programmes spanning six continents with nearly 390 million members. Part of COMARCH’s Loyalty Management’s list of successful clients include BP Global, Heathrow Airport, JetBlue Airways, Hudson’s Bay, Brussels Airlines, Vingroup, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Livelo Brasil and True Corporation.

Demczuk said, “I am honoured to be a part of Marketing’s The Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2019 as COMARCH has so much to offer brands with loyalty and enterprise marketing expertise. We see high growth potential in the Asia Pacific market where brands constantly need to build strong relationships with clients in a way that is unique to their brands.”

He added the award is a good platform to introduce its brand to the Asia Pacific region and it aims to help brands increase meaningful engagement and grow their customer value over time through its world class loyalty programs and technology.

COMARCH’s approach to CRM strategy is to build trust with their customers not only by activating simple loyalty schemes, but by providing value-added services that are enabled by these loyalty programs.

According to Lukasz Sloniewski, CRM and marketing consultant director, “A loyalty program is just an entry point for collection of customer data that will later be used to improve the Customer Experience (CX) while stimulating interaction with the brand.” Gamification, location-based services (LBS), mobile payments, real-time chat, personalised online and in-store Customer Experience are just a few examples of how technology can enhance loyalty with improved user experience (UX), he added.

The Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2019 will be held on 12 July 2019 at The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore. Finalists will be announced by mid-June 2019.
