A look back at the amazing performance at Loyalty and Engagement Awards 2018

It’s hard work to keep customer engaged and retain customer loyalty. On 13 July 2018, 300 marketers and agency professionals gathered at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore to recognise excellence in building loyalty and engagement in the region.

Check out the highlights of the electrifying night.

With an incredible haul of six Golds, five Silvers and two Bronze across categories such as Best Card-Based Loyalty, Best Use of CSR and Best Use of Social and Most Innovative Loyalty Programme, UOB Cards emerged victorious as Overall L&E Brand of the Year. Coming next was DBS Back with three Golds and two Silvers, followed by Shell, walking away with a total of two Golds, two Silvers and two Bronze.

Three agencies tied, sharing the honours of the best performing agencies for each subdivision of the field of loyalty and engagement. Ogilvy & Mather Singapore was named Overall Loyalty Agency of the Year, GERMS clinched Overall Engagement Agency of the Year and Meet Isaac claimed the Overall Relationship Marketing Agency of the Year.
