Epsilon Asia Pacific adds digital experience role

Jeff Evan will assume the role of vice president, digital experiences, Asia Pacific, at Epsilon, and will be based out of Sydney.In this new role, Evans (pictured) will be responsible for leading the technology team and overseeing day-to-day business operations throughout the APAC region, including Australia, China, India, Japan and Singapore. He along with his team will be responsible for delivering data-driven marketing solutions through world-class technology and services that enable clients to reach their customers with personalised experiences.He joined Epsilon in 2015, most recently served as vice president of digital, Asia Pacific where he spearheaded digital transformation and helped enhance the omni-channel customer experience of clients. Prior to this, Evans held senior positions at American Express.“Evans is an integral member of the Epsilon Asia Pacific team,” said Michael Kustreba, managing director of Asia Pacific. “With over thirty years of marketing experience, including leadership roles in Australia and across Asia Pacific, I believe Jeff will empower our associates to achieve success and drive results for our clients.”“Customer experience is clearly the future, and CMOs are increasingly tasked to meet the needs of the global consumer by connecting on an emotional level, at scale,” added Evans.
