Effective Measure has appointed Steven Kaiser as director of research, Southeast Asia, based in Singapore.
Former GfK-Nielsen India commercial director, Kaiser joins the Effective Measure international management team in the newly-created role where he will lead commercial development in the region.
He reports to Effective Measure’s regional MD for Southeast Asia, Dinesh Arasaratnam.
“We look forward to ramping up our range of research offerings to help educate advertisers and clients on the benefits of engaging deeply with digital platforms in the most effective commercial and strategic ways,” Arasaratnam said.
He added several new appointments for the Southeast Asian markets will be made in the coming months as well.
