Edelman hires Mediacom’s research lead to head Berland

Edelman is looking at a focus on research next, hiring a lead for its specialist research arm Edelman Berland. 

Catriona Muspratt-Williams has been appointed as head of Singapore for Edelman Berland. The arm is aimed at providing clients with a full range of qualitative and quantitative market research services.

Prior to joining Edelman Berland, Muspratt-Williams was head of Insights Asia Pacific for Mediacom for nine years.

Andrew Chapman will head the Australia offering and both roles are effective immediately.

“The growth of Edelman Berland’s expertise in our region means a significant upgrade in our ability to provide real-time analytics, benchmarking and insights, which in turn drives better programming and creative for clients,” said David Brain, president & CEO of Edelman Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.
