Comba Telecom, the global wireless solutions provider, has appointed WE Communications as its integrated communications agency, effective since August 2016.As its PR partner, WE Communications will be tasked to help take the brand to international markets, increase its overall market visibility and enhance the industry’s collaboration and commitment through media relations, influencer engagement and content creation."We were looking for an agency that was agile, highly creative, and has excellent technology credentials. Most of all, we needed a partner that could deliver against an integrated brief, who understands our market and can create a sector-specific narrative; WE’s proposition ticked all the boxes. The agency’s winning proposal showed a true understanding of how to take Comba Telecom from a leading brand in Hong Kong to an international brand,” said Ken Man, corporate marketing director, Comba Telecom.Commenting on the win, Matthew Lackie, executive vice president, WE APAC said, "We are excited to announce our new partnership with Comba Telecom. We’re proud to be welcoming an organisation with a leading global presence in wireless solutions. Integrated communications is where the industry is heading, so we’re looking forward to creating cross-channel and cross-platform technology campaigns with Comba Telecom."To deliver against the needs of the account, WE has created an integrated team in its Hong Kong office that combines staff and technology expertise from across digital, insights, content, and PR.
