Chubb insurance in Hong Kong has launched a new digital campaign to drive awareness of its personalised insurance products.
Teaming up with its agency Doremus Hong Kong, the core message of “Insurance crafted for you”, the digital-first brand campaign seeks to convey Chubb’s commitment to deliver products and coverage that are tailored to meet the needs and aspirations of Hong Kong consumers.
The campaign started with simple yet impactful digital executions on major news portals that leverage Chubb’s colourful brand palette, inviting the audience to learn more about the insurer. The second phase of the campaign focuses on product-oriented communications to close the loop – directing interested prospects to find out more about the benefits of various products and to make inquiries or purchase accordingly.

Since customers’ needs are unique, there is no one-size-fits-all solution,” said Doug White, country president for Chubb in Hong Kong.
