In a bid to inspire users, Changi Airports has launched a content marketing platform, called “Now Boarding by Changi Airport”. The new platform provides useful tips on travel, along with information on airport offerings and happenings. It uses articles, videos and infographics to tell stories of travel and exploration.
It also features destinations around the world, the local flavour of Singapore, and highlights facts people might not know about Changi Airport. The initiative is part of Changi Airport’s mission to rethink travel. The platform also has three content pillars called Go Global, Live Local and Discover Changi and targets travellers going through Changi Airport, visitors to Singapore and local residents on the lookout for holiday or excursion ideas.
“Through our efforts to create unique airport experiences in our terminals, we aim to make Changi not just a place for boarding flights, but a destination on its own – where vacations and happy memories begin. Our vision for Now Boarding is an extension of this effort, as we make the step from the physical to the digital realm – from delivering a great airport experience to inspiring new journeys online,” Ivan Tan, senior vice president of corporate and marketing communications of Changi Airport Group, said.
