Changi Airport hires social media agency for Indonesia market

Changi Airport has appointed Bounche Indonesia as its local social media agency in Indonesia for 2017 and 2018.

With Indonesia being one of Changi Airport’s top five markets in terms of passenger traffic and Indonesia’s proximity to Singapore, it is therefore important for CAG to continue to engage Indonesians further.

“We are delighted and honoured to work with CAG on their social media account for Indonesia. With our in-depth knowledge of the market, we aim to increase CAG’s branding and engagement level by rolling out relevant content and activities on social media to appeal to Indonesians. We are also targeting to expand our footprints in S.E.A and have just launched an office in Vietnam to provide a more seamless solution for some of our regional clients,” said Majin, CEO of Bounche Indonesia.

Bounche Indonesia is a creative digital agency based in Jakarta. Established since 2010, it has 67 members today.

In Singapore, Changi currently works with Goodstuph. It is also in the midst of a creative agency pitch.

Most recently, CAG shortlisted six agencies for the next round of its creative and digital pitch. The shortlisted agencies were incumbent J. Walter Thompson Singapore, Blk J, BBDO Singapore, Ogilvy & Mather Singapore, TBWA Singapore and TSLA. The pitch, which was launched in August is managed by R3, with the appointed agency being responsible for strategic planning and creative services, as well as offer digital marketing and maintenance services for CAG’s digital assets.

Currently, CAG works with Havas Media Singapore for its media buying.
